About the Position:
As a Real Estate Disposition Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds both new and existing. Your expertise in sales transactions and revenue generation in the real estate sector will be invaluable. This position requires a professional with not just a knack for real estate dealings but also a strategic mindset to enhance our investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in prospecting for buyer leads convert these leads into contracts and ensure successful closure of transactions.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to investors and funds regarding their real estate needs.
- Identify potential buyers initiate contact and secure appointments while maintaining consistent lead followup until deal closure.
- Assess market feedback and adjust property pricing strategies as necessary.
- Skilfully negotiate with both sellers and buyers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction ensuring fiduciary service from initial contact to close.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate disposition or a similar role.
- Proven track record in real estate industry sales and investor relations.
- Strong skills in negotiation and deal closing.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in finance business marketing or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in investor relations sales or real estate are desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software with ZOHO as a plus.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in Gsuite apps.

Qualifications Bachelor s degree economics, finance, international business and background in analytics 2+ years of relevant work experience Experience working in a customer relationship management platform (CRM - Zoho CRM is a plus) Knowledge of real estate is a plus Required english proficiency (C1) Outstanding communication skills written and verbal Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
