About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Country Lead France (m/f/d) to join our portfolio company and oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and streamline processes in order to improve the overall performance.
Join our portfolio company: Founded in 2021 with its HQ in Berlin/Germany the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The companys mission is to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing global access to highquality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022 the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.
In this role youll:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive gotomarket strategy that can be copied and adapted from the blueprint of our home market
- Lead by example motivate and mentor the French team (3 AEs onsite at the HQ) to achieve individual and collective goals
- Identify and pursue new customers business opportunities partnerships and revenue streams. You collaborate with the global team to tailor products/services to the local market needs
- Develop and manage the countrys budget ensuring growth and financial targets are met. You implement costeffective measures and monitor financial performance
- Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency compliance and quality standards are maintained. You work closely with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve overall performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners clients and government entities. You represent our portfolio company at industry events conferences and relevant forums
Your Profile
- Successfully built and led Growth teams of 3 account executives (B2B)
- Being a role model and have around 5 years of experience in B2B sales and operations
- Experience with building and managing your pipeline (from lead generation to customer success)
- Possess a strong understanding of the French market (B2B) and business landscape
- Demonstrate that you can leverage customer insights to improve existing products and services in collaboration with other functional teams
- Business proficiency in English and French language
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
