Do you have good experience in customer service, managing incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails? Are you a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, great self-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment?
This position manages customer questions and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, handle modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels and departments. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm, be flexible, and have experience working with computers.
Provides customer service by answering incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email & online requests.
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Updates customer service database, and spreadsheets as needed with updated service information.
Contacts customers for additional information and communicates the steps in the work order process.
Runs, reviews, and distributes various customer service reports as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system
Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to co-workers.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum of two years of customer service work experience required. Call center work experience is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and the ability to convey warmth and appreciation over the phone. Ability to listen and understand inquiries, and to communicate both routine and complex information and instructions.
Ability to navigate multiple automated systems to research situations, locate information and perform data entry with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
Ability to multitask, maintain a high level of concentration, and perform responsibilities with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Ability to provide superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Ability to establish rapport while working through difficult situations
