Job Description

This is a remote position.

Your role as a Classroom Management Expert is vital in creating a positive productive and safe learning environment within educational settings. Primarily you collaborate with international teachers coaching them to improve their skills in implementing appropriate behavioral strategies in U.S. classrooms while facilitating their understanding of the diverse cultural backgrounds of U.S. students. This understanding plays a key role in effectively managing student behavior enhancing student engagement and establishing an environment conducive to academic learning and growth. Through your leadership and expertise international teachers will refine their classroom management approaches fostering an inclusive environment that embraces and respects cultural diversity.


Key Responsibilities:


I. Training and Support:

  • Create an engaging and interactive online classroom behavioral management module for international teachers.
  • Conduct virtual coaching sessions with international teachers focusing on behavioral management strategies student engagement and cultural diversity in U.S. classrooms.
  • Provide oneonone coaching support to address individual challenges faced by specific teachers.
  • Train the use of reflection logs to track strategy implementation and outcomes to foster continuous improvement.

II. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Engage with School Principals to understand classroom management requirements and challenges as well as articulate program goals tasks roles and responsibilities for successful program achievement.
  • Conduct regular program status meetings with RVP program management staff and School Principals for updates feedback and to maintain ongoing communication.
  • Prepare reports to communicate progress outcomes and recommendations to RVP program management staff and School Principals.

III. Content Development and Program Review:

  • Develop training materials and resources aligned with school behavioral policies and procedures.
  • Provide RVP program management staff and Principals access to review and give feedback on training content.
  • Collect and interpret data related to behavior incidents student outcomes and program effectiveness as well as utilize the data to assess program efficacy and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or higher in Education.

.

Indepth knowledge of behavior management strategies positive reinforcement techniques intervention methods and cultural diversity.

Extensive experience in implementing behavior management strategies within educational settings.

Experience in providing coaching and professional learning.

.

Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.

.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
