Key Responsibilities: • Managing emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling • Answering phones and responding to inquiries from clients • Completing research tasks online • Creating and editing documents and spreadsheets • Drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence • Assisting with social media management and marketing projects • Setting up and managing online tools and systems • Providing ad hoc project support as necessary Key Competencies: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in MS Office applications Qualifications and Experience: • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role • Strong experience in customer service and client management • Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Good decision-making skills Salary: The salary range for this position is between 35 and 50 in Qatar local currency, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Working Hours: This position is a part-time role. Working hours will be agreed upon with the client and may vary according to the task and project assigned.
