The Company Manager has general management responsibility for the timber company. The Company Manager works for the Oversight Committee and ensures the efficient and profitable operation of the timber company. The Company Manager shall be knowledgeable in timber logging delivery and market arrangements. The Company Manager shall assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports and be able to evaluate financial statements with respect to operational improvements and tracking. Requirements
This position requires experience and understanding in forestry and business principles including Pacific Northwest log scaling rules tree identification contract management logging road maintenances and excellent computer skills. The manager must have excellent interpersonal communication have experience managing staff and be flexible to achieve success. Will be required to submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
