Context:
Every position at Indevia is both valuable and vital. This position calls for a workinglevel finance person to manage the daytoday finance and accounts function of IAPL and IAI. The person shall be responsible for accounting and delivering timely and accurate financials as well as business & MIS reports preparation of periodical budgets cashflow statements etc and ensuring timely statutory reporting such as income tax GST professional tax etc. The person shall also be responsible for collaborating and communicating with the different departments in the Company to perform the functions assigned.

Job Requirements:
Responsible for Daytoday operations of Finance accounting taxation expense reimbursements billing and collection vendor payments and other assigned activities.
Responsible for the preparation review and analysis of monthly and yearly financial reports and budgets
Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.
Participate in financial data analysis and preparation of dashboards
Maintaining our accounting system and communicating process improvements.
Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings financial audits and reviews as required.
Responsible for timely submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authorities within the deadline.
Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects assigned by Seniors and Management.
Responsible for GST and TDSrelated transactions MIS filling and coordination with Consultant/Department.
Salary Processing and related statutory compilation (Prov. Fund Profession Tax ESIC)
Coordinate with company secretary to ensure we are compliant under company law and to ensure that we are ISO Compliant in collaboration with seniors
Should be able to accept understand and implement projects relating to streamlining accounting processes.
Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
Manage coordinate & actively interface for outsourced functions for all compliances & taxation
Maintain banking relations and active liasoning with external statutory authorities as and when required
Responsible for enabling timely and correct payment as per credit period to ensure fair returns for all with no compromise on quality
Assist in preparation of forecast cash flow positions related borrowing needs and available funds for investment and Report to seniors on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by seniors and Management
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / CA Final Drop out
Minimum experience of 34 years. in Finance and accounting
Candidates with a knowledge of Zoho Books is a must. Knowledge of Quick Books would be an added advantage.
Must possess a strong knowledge of Advanced Excel. Candidates having Knowledge of Power Query VBA macros or other data analytics software would be preferred.
