Senior Utility Specialist Dry Utility

Min. Background & Education • Engineering Graduate preferably with a Master degree in a specific Utility • 20+ International experience of which 10+ Qatar in major infrastructure planning and design works with site construction experience. • Design and installation of Electrical systems • Testing and commissioning of all electrical project equipment networks. • Experience in working with Substations and network conceptual design network Single Line & Protection Scheme • Focal point coordinator and decision-making between the project design consultant, project management consultant, client & other stakeholders. • Ability to resolve technical issues during the design development. • Review and recommend samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedures, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs, etc. • Specialized in operations and maintenance of High Voltage & extra High voltage and industrial oil and gas projects • Familiar with Qatar Transmission Grid Code
