On behalf of one of its clients in the creative industry The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting an Accountant/Admin executive
Our client (20 employees including 15 in Singapore) is looking for an accountant/admin executive who will be able to multi task doing HR and office management to :
ACCOUNTING (basic) & FINANCE FOLLOWup:
o Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing monitoring accounts receivable and budget tracking.
o Ensure bank reconciliations in Xero software
o Set up monthly reporting to GM (P&L cash flows)
o GST declaration & income tax preparation
o Create all client invoices and follow up
PAYROLL & STAFF
o Ensure payrolls: calculation and payment & army / maternity claims
o Prepare all IR8A forms for SG employees
o Manage all suppliers payments
o Ensure a smooth process for new hires: visa application (if needed) insurance
OTHERS
o Maintaining general office files including job files vendor files and other files related to the company s operations.
o Purchasing office supplies equipment and furniture.
o Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
o Performing other relevant duties when needed.
o Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
o Manage teambuilding/travel & restaurant arrangements/appointments
o Create and update records and databases for suppliers staff and clients
Requirements

2+ years experience working in a design environment Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Visual Communication / Graphic Design Good technical skills in Adobe Suite (AI / PS / INDD etc.) Excellent communicator / presentation skills Passion for working in a team and elevating the standards of the studio
