We are nowseeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Counselto join our clientsteam. As a Senior Legal Counsel you will be responsible for drafting negotiating and executing various contracts on behalf of our clients organisation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal knowledge strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.

Location: Hybrid / Remote Malta

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Legal Counsel your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Prepare review and revise contracts agreements and other legal documents to ensure they accurately reflect the organisations needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders clients and external parties to negotiate and finalise contract terms and conditions ensuring the organisations best interests are protected.
• Oversee the execution of contracts ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and maintaining accurate records of contractrelated activities.
• Implement effective contract management processes including contract templates to streamline contract creation negotiation and execution.
• Stay uptodate with relevant laws regulations and industry trends to provide guidance on legal issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify and assess potential legal risks associated with contracts and propose strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams including Sales Finance and Operations on contractrelated matters.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to internal policies legal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients vendors and other legal counsels.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law or a related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal professional focusing on contract drafting negotiation and execution.
• Prior experience in a senior legal role with an iGaming platform or other B2B is highly desirable.
• Indepth knowledge of contract law commercial law and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with intellectual property data protection and international contract law is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms resolve disputes and find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review legal documents meticulously to identify potential risks and ensure accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely to nonlegal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using legal software and contract management systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
