As part of our dynamic Marketing Team we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as the Senior Manager Market Strategy for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging in our Munich office.

As Senior Manager Market Strategy EV Charging you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth of our EV charging business. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Development Sales and Communications to position our EV charging solutions effectively in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategic Planning:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends opportunities and potential threats in the EV charging industry.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our EV charging solutions ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Product Positioning & GotoMarket Strategy:

• Work closely with the Product Development team to define and refine the value proposition of our EV charging products.
• Develop messaging and positioning strategies that differentiate our offerings in the market.
• Create and execute comprehensive gotomarket plans for new EV charging products and features.
• Enhance and maintain CI compliance for Charging Europes brand development in alignment with global guidelines.

Campaign Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for our EV charging solutions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance making datadriven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners customers and stakeholders.

Your profile

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing strategy role with a focus on electric vehicle charging or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the electric vehicle charging landscape market trends and emerging technologies.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English language skills (C1) are mandatory. Good German language skills are a plus (min. B2).
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment adapting to changing market conditions.
