Enterprise Account Manager JD:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients business objectives and challenges to align cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional cybersecurity products/services to existing clients.
- Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts contributing to overall revenue goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Product Knowledge and Education:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity and the organizations products/services.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of cybersecurity solutions helping them make informed decisions.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations with clients ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with organizational policies.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Risk Management:
- Assess and manage potential risks related to client relationships contracts and ongoing projects.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
- Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
- Communicate client needs and feedback internally to enhance products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance client interactions and market trends.
- Conduct thorough analysis of account data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Foster a culture of customer advocacy by ensuring clients are satisfied and willing to provide references or testimonials.
