- Collaborate with business units to review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Control and support the month end and year end closing process in collaboration with finance.
- Guide and support the business units in preparing the annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency in financial processes.
- Support decision-making processes by evaluating the financial implications of various options.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the business.
