Work closely with the Sales Operations, Process and Systems, and Finance teams to ensure the CPQ tool supports internal business requirements including approval rules and MDQ configuration.
Collaborate with teams, including Enablement, Sales, and Process and Systems, to guide the successful adoption and optimization of our Dealhub.io CPQ platform.
Collaborate to configure,customize, and evolve Dealhub.io CPQ application components, including product rules, pricing logic, discounting strategies, and approval processes.
Collaborate with Product integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Dealhub.io CPQ and ERP platforms.
Provide expert guidance on CPQ best practices, including configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions working with stakeholders to gather requirements for future CPQ enhancements.
Develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
Establish reports and workflows that track CPQ activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement.
