Job Description
• * Carryout and coordinatethe activities of the Packaging Department including primary andsecondary packaging. • Operate PACE packaging machines (vertical)to package potato chips with Nitrogen flushing. • The candidate isresponsible for the attainment of plant packaging requirements atbudgeted cost, while adhering to all quality, safety, humanresource and other governmental requirements • The successfulcandidate will work with Health and Safety Manager to ensureQuality Assurance. • Manage packaging whilst following themaintenance, quality and sanitation programs, striving to minimizedowntime, and providing a safe working environment, and food safefinished product that meets company, government and environmentalcriteria. The focus will be on continued improvement of the plantin areas such as teamwork, employee involvement and processownership.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Description
