Packaging Operator

• * Carryout and coordinatethe activities of the Packaging Department including primary andsecondary packaging. • Operate PACE packaging machines (vertical)to package potato chips with Nitrogen flushing. • The candidate isresponsible for the attainment of plant packaging requirements atbudgeted cost, while adhering to all quality, safety, humanresource and other governmental requirements • The successfulcandidate will work with Health and Safety Manager to ensureQuality Assurance. • Manage packaging whilst following themaintenance, quality and sanitation programs, striving to minimizedowntime, and providing a safe working environment, and food safefinished product that meets company, government and environmentalcriteria.
