Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR services to align with our groups strategic goals.
- Develop and execute innovative HR strategies policies and procedures.
- Oversee the design of our organizational structure including detailed job descriptions.
- Regularly review and manage the recruitment plan ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Conduct and manage annual performance appraisals offering constructive feedback to our team.
- Develop and implement staff training and development programmes.
- Manage employee relations ensuring all personnel issues and disputes are resolved effectively.
- Handle employee records and work permits in compliance with local labour laws.
- Produce regular HR reports and analytics.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and regulations across our operating regions.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment law and internal group policies.
- Provide expert advice and support to group management department heads and staff.
- Stay informed of the groups objectives implementing best practices in HR management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources Business Management or a related discipline.
- At least three years experience in a Human Resources role.
- HR certification or accredited courses are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; Turkish language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
- Lives in Istanbul and willing to work daily in Mall of Istanbul office from 9 AM to 6 PM
