We are looking for a Fulltime Operation Specialist to join us to support our Global regional office.

Main Responsibilities
Handle daily operations of employees and freelancers from various countries clients expanding Japan market (via Global View our internally developed CRM and King of Time our time sheet system etc.)
a) On/Offboarding updating and renewal processes.
b) Time sheet leave and expense management.
c) Payroll assist
d) Invoice and payment assist.
e) Annual tax documents management
f) Other requests from client and employee
Manage the updating of the company documents related to employment to adapt to changes in legislation.
Support visa application and renewal processes with local provider to ensure the obtaining.
Support sales and account management teams to source and maintain potential clients.
Lead and assist the professional teams in Japan consist of Labor Law specialist tax accountant immigration lawyer and financial manager to ensure the smooth processes in each field.
Constantly improve solutions and flows to make the growing operations more efficient and effective.
Support marketing team on various promotion projects.
Other tasks arranged by LineManager.
13 years HR & Admin related work experience
Fluent in Japanese Mandarin and English
Ability to work remotely and independently and work with other departments to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Proficient in using office software (Word PPT Excel and outlook) King of Time system experience welcome.
A strong communicator an outgoing personality and motivation to learn.
