Job Description
Job Title: SAP FICO Developer
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Experience Level: 10 Years
Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Configuration:
- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to align with business processes and requirements.

EndtoEnd Implementation:
- Oversee endtoend SAP FICO implementation projects ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Data Migration and Integration:
- Manage data migration and integration processes to ensure accurate and seamless transition to SAP FICO.

Custom Development:
- Develop and implement custom enhancements reports and solutions within the SAP FICO environment.

Financial Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize financial processes through SAP FICO functionalities.

Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP FICO configurations and enhancements ensuring quality and reliability.

User Training and Support:
- Provide training to endusers on SAP FICO functionalities and provide ongoing support to address queries and issues.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry best practices recommending and implementing improvements in SAP FICO processes.

Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP FICO configurations developments and processes.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive SAP FICO solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Developer.
Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration customization and implementation.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA with a focus on FICO modules.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans for SAP FICO solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
- SAP Certified Development Professional Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Financials experts or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
