Requirements

Responsibilities

• Transporting passengers or goods:
  • Picking up and dropping off passengers at designated locations adhering to schedules.
    
  • Delivering packages or merchandise to customers ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers or the integrity of goods during transit.
    
• Vehicle operation and maintenance:
  • Performing pretrip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
    
  • Operating vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company regulations.
    
  • Maintaining a clean and wellmaintained vehicle interior and exterior.
    
  • Reporting any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
    
• Route planning and navigation:
  • Using GPS or mapping software to determine efficient routes.
    
  • Adapting routes to address traffic weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
    
• Customer service:
  • Interacting with passengers or customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of luggage or cargo as needed.
    
  • Providing information about routes or destinations when requested.
    
  • Handling customer inquiries or concerns promptly and respectfully.
    
  • English language conversation
    
• Recordkeeping:
  • Maintaining accurate logs of trips mileage and fuel usage.
    
  • Completing required paperwork for deliveries or passenger services.
    

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid drivers license for the appropriate vehicle class
  
• Excellent driving skills including handling of different vehicle types and road conditions.
  
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
  
• Good time management and organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
