Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the building material industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the building material industry
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decisionmakers
Understand and stay uptodate with market trends competitive landscape and customer needs
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or related field
13 years of experience in sales or account management in the building material industry
Relation with Architects Consultants Builders Contractors.
Well versed with Govt. Departments CPWD PWD NBCC UPRNN RITES etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting revenue goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
