Tasks
- Experienced in the business model of MLM/Direct Selling industry and its mechanism.
- Under the support of the region and coordinate the country operations in conjunction with corporate standards to grow sales and market share
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan business development strategy and product positioning plan.
- Identification of customers needs and high growth areas/trends to target marketing and sales programs
- Developing recruitment and retention programs to build customer base and loyalty
- Planning and execution of all sales events
- Protection of the companies assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Execution of all projects delegated from the region
Requirements
- Degree in business administration Sales & Marketing or equivalent education
- Experienced sales manager with at least 5 years of work experience in NetworkMarketing/Driect Selling Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market analysing market trends and being able to think independently; familiar with using social media.
- Excellent speaking and writing in Czech Slovakian and English languages
