Take full responsibility for the tender, throughout the various stages of evaluation of tender documents, internal coordination, summary and writing of proposals, through to final submission to the client.

Work with the sales team to support and perform system presentations to potential clients/future customers.

Post-RFI/RFP submission analysis: review/learning proposals and win/loss analysis.

Will be responsible for preparing case studies, issuing user certificate from clients from time to time.

Creating suggestions based orders: extracting market intelligence, analyzing and researching competitors. Search target accounts to create a personalized suggestion. Comparative research of activities carried out by similar clients. Assist in creating purchase order pipeline, roadshows, and developing strategy for markets and vertical segments.

Execute pre-RFI/RFP work – customize promotional materials, create sales presentations, case studies, etc.

MIS reports and basic knowledge of SAP
.
Track and collect tender bond.
