The Digital Transformation Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital transformation strategies across the organization. They will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives. The Digital Transformation Director will lead a team of digital experts and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across the organization

- Lead a team of digital experts and provide guidance on digital technologies and trends

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or related field
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Project management experience
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
