As a trusted dynamic and continually growing supplier with an extensive range complements every aspect of luxury living and hospitality you will report to the VP of Sales USA and be an important part of our strategy in delivering significant sales and profit growth in the Western U.S. Region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manages Sales Representatives responsible for targets in defined territory
- Specification pipeline and quote follow up CRM oversight
- Execute tactical plan focused target market
- Develop key relationships with Hospitality Brands and Spec Influencers and Developers
- Drive direct sales and development of a retail business in the Lighting Showroom market.
- Development of opportunities with new customers to significantly enhance sales.
- Collaboration with product management team in developing new product and pricing opportunities for the North American market based on providing strong market
- Assist marketing team to identify and execute opportunities for growth in our sales with a strong Return on Investment (ROI) focus.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in Sales
- 3 years of experience in Sales Management/Leadership
- Previous experience working in fixtures/hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
