Campos EPC is currently seeking a Director of Operations for a full- time role located in Denver. Immediate Need!

*Should have relevant industry experience to include r
enewable energy, utility, and or oil & gas construction.
*10 plus years experience.

Develop a trusted relationship with and become a strong business partner to the owner and President of NACC. Provide direction, guidance, and support to
everyone in the organization. Ensure that NACC s profit and growth goals are achieved. Lead team to ensure client expectations are met, and projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Develop business opportunities with both existing and potential clients to expand revenue and profitability. Ensure team understands and live by NACC Construction s ( NACC ) core values, Ethics, Safety, Performance, and Compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
Direct and manage lead employees, operations, and activities towards the accomplishment of defined objectives, including but not limited to revenue and profitability. Participate in the preparation of company budgets and goals.
Promote NACC s services and offerings to both NACC s and Campos EPC s existing clients and to potential clients to maximize resource utilization and provide an avenue for sustained profitable growth of the program/office.
Direct activities of assigned personnel to ensure client deliverables are understood and achieved within given timeframe and within budget.
Frequent and consistent networking and business development contact with existing clients to identify and secure new business opportunities. Develop and maintain client relationships.
Create and maintain a work environment where employees can efficiently utilize their skills and knowledge, fulfill their responsibilities, and maximize their potential.
Maintain full knowledge of all NACC services offered. Utilize service knowledge to effectively advise customers and expand current service offerings.
Stay abreast of new trends and developments in methods, techniques, equipment, tools, and supplies that might be incorporated into processes to increase efficiency.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the employment cycle, including hiring, training, performance reviews, discipline, etc.
Prepare and disseminate periodic reports regarding the program/office s company s activity and progress against stated goals. Address deviations from projections in a proactive manner.
Direct local safety and quality programs. Ensure work product compliance with all government regulations and company policies regarding these programs.
Monitor change-orders and accounts receivable balances for company. Interact with NACC accounting and client stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances in a timely manner.
Work with Human Resources to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained. Participate in weekly staffing resource allocation meetings.
Work with Human Resources to coordinate the training and development of employees. Includes internal training, and certifications and industry-specific training as well as equipment-specific training.
Ensure assigned personnel comply with NACC policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • This position requires at least 15 years of related experience, with a minimum of 10 years managing construction projects and project managers.
  • Experience in construction and commissioning support.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

SKILLS
Candidates and incumbents need to have the following skills;
Demonstrated ability to identify and creatively resolve problems in a team environment.
Ability to respond in a flexible manner and to reprioritize work as the situation demands.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent follow-up skills, organizational skills and time management skills are necessary.
Ability to elicit cooperation from internal resources and clients.
Ability to read and interpret communication styles of team members and clients who come from both technical and non-technical disciplines.
