The Event Fundraising Assistant will provide crucial support in organizing and executing fundraising events aimed at supporting Our clients mission and goals. This role involves assisting in various aspects of event planning donor coordination and administrative tasks to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events including logistics venue coordination and vendor management.
- Support in creating event timelines schedules and runofshow documents.
- Aid in securing sponsorships donations and inkind contributions for events.
- Assist in maintaining donor databases and records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support communication efforts with donors including acknowledgment letters emails and updates on fundraising activities.
- Provide administrative assistance such as drafting correspondence preparing materials for meetings and managing eventrelated paperwork.
- Assist in creating promotional materials for fundraising events.
- Aid in onsite event management including setup coordination of volunteers and attendee engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience or coursework in event planning fundraising or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the organizations mission and fundraising goals.
