Job Description

We are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering on a permanent basis for our public sector client based in

This role allows hybrid working and the salary range is between 78,000 to 101,000 + Great

This role will allow you to continue to develop & shape a new team

You will report to the Director of People & Culture, while leading HR ;

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

- Generalist experience in a complex organisation

- managing & overseeing employee relation cases & tribunals,

- strong leadership * management experience

- design & development of People / strategies

- Review & Lead ER capability

- Improve Employee experience - implementing policies, procedures & practices

- Improve employee & service value proposition

- Review & lead HR Systems

- translating strategy into action

- Stakeholder Management & relationship Management

- MCIPD
