Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager Hybrid to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series B SaaS company.

This SaaS company has provided innovative solutions that have already disrupted the market and they are poised for expansion. The sales team is growing and they are ready to add their first sales management team hire! Reporting to the VP of Sales this role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and leading highperforming sales teams within the SaaS industry. Get ready to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by empowering a highperforming sales team.

What you will do:

  • Recruit lead inspire and develop a team of ambitious sales professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline and forecasting efforts ensuring strategic development and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Implement effective sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the team's skills capabilities and results.
  • Prioritize the development of outbound strategies to introduce an additional growth driver to the business mitigating fluctuations in demand generation.
  • Coordinate sales & operations activities to assist AE’s in winning deals.
  • Develop and implement a robust performance measurement framework leveraging data analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales team reviews 1:1’s and team meetings and contribute insights to enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations on sales processes methodologies and strategies maintaining a stringent standard of execution and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation fostering longterm client satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • Hybrid work style 2 or 3 days in the office per week
  • 3 years of proven sales leadership in a dispersed SaaS environment where you delivered on quantitative revenue goals.
  • Develop team chemistry based on the unique strengths of each individual fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
  • Proven experience in managing teams both remotely and in person fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive with the ability to grasp and present on our product to build credibility within the team.
  • Showcase the ability to hire top talent contributing to the continuous growth and success of the sales team
  • Experience with highvelocity sales motions vertical SaaS companies is preferred.
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools like Salesforce Groove LeanData PandaDoc Clari Copilot.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% between office locations Austin and Grand Rapids and attend select industry events.
