You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: Under limited supervision the Network Manager is responsible for running the daytoday business operations of the IT Department including but not limited to: coordination with other departments to implement and enforce new policies and procedures; develop and implement formal training opportunities for staff pertaining to technology related topics with a focus on threat mitigation best practices and newly implemented technologies. In addition to these duties the Network Manager will be responsible for monitoring support queues to ensure support requests are dealt with in a timely manner and address technical issues as needed. The Network Manager will also make a significant contribution to any technical projects lead by the IT Director as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must Haves:
3 in technical support role
Must have management experience managing it and technical support
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related
Needs to have worked in Nonprofit
Experience with Operating standard office equipment and using required
software applications for program area and other applications including
Microsoft Office
Needs to have understanding experience with:
Office365 Azure Windows Server 2012 through Windows Server 2022 Microsoft SQL Server 2016 through SQL Server 2022
Veeam Backup & Replication 11
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Microsoft HyperV
WatchGuard Firewalls
Mitel Connect VOIP Platform
Physical hardware (Servers Desktops Laptops etc.)
AANM Exhibit Hardware (AMX MediaMatrix BrightSign A/V Playback hardware etc.) is preferred
