Private Equity/Business Analyst
A private holding company exclusively focused on high-growth opportunities in the IT With deep industry expertise, aims to create significant long-term capital appreciation by identifying and developing attractive investment opportunities in the IT market, including strategically executing exit strategies and investment portfolio
Primary Responsibilities
Analysis of new investment opportunities;
Perform industry deep dives and competitive research;
Build detailed financial models and financial statement analyses;
Conduct operational, commercial and financial due diligence; and
Prepare internal investment presentations;
Portfolio company management;
Work with management teams to support strategic and operational initiatives, including executing tuck-in acquisitions; and monitor and evaluate portfolio company
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, private equity or corporate development;
Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including producing high-impact presentations and models;
Self-starter, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and thrive in a high-performance environment;
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
Consistent track record of high achievement, both professionally and academically;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Well-developed interpersonal and social skills;
Knowledge and/or experience in any domain of healthcare is an asset but not a requirement; and
Legally entitled to work in

you have skills with re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative service delivery approaches
you have facilitation, persuasion and negotiation skills to engage business clients in such discussions
Communication and Customer Service Skills:

Project Leadership and Management:
