Education and Licensing:

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Postgraduate Medical Studies Certificate (Distinction).
Certificate of specialization in emergency medicine.
Experience:

Previous experience in emergency medicine usually equals several years, preferably in high-pressure and emergency environments.
Artistic skills:

Ability to provide immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations.
Extensive knowledge of modern medical procedures, CPR and first aid techniques.
Ability to provide care in environments that require quick action and quick decision making.
Personal abilities:

Ability to work under pressure and deal with emergency and complex situations.
Effective communication skills with healthcare team, patients and family members.
Ability to make critical decisions in a short time and carry out actions efficiently.
