Desired Skills and Qualification:
- 7 years of relevant work experience in leading Business Development in the technology/software services sector.
- Educational background in BBA/MBA (Preferably Marketing or IT) BCA/BSc (Computer Science)/BE (IT CS E&TC) or a graduation degree in Communication (e.g. BA in Mass Communication) along with tech literacy.
- Ability to articulate technology solutions and craft compelling case stories.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to research markets analyze opportunities and identify leverage points for business growth.
- Strong technology acumen and the capacity to introduce automation to streamline workflows.
- Exceptional collaboration skills along with a selfdriven and proactive approach.

- Lead the identification and management of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Establish and oversee lead generation initiatives for IncubXperts.
- Strategize and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral suitable for various outreach methods including cold email marketing and outreach.
- Utilize available channels to create digital awareness and strengthen the IncubXperts brand.
- Formulate a comprehensive content strategy and collaborate with other departments to generate engaging content.
- Innovate and experiment with business acquisition strategies in coordination with executive management and the BD team.
