Job Description
Application Portfolio Management(APM) Governance SpecialistQualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business system information, Information Management, or a related field. (Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.)
- Proven experience in APM, with a focus on governance, records management, and business relations.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with APM tools and technologies.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- SNOW experience is an advantage
- ITIL, ITSM , Service Management knowledge
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Ethical and principled approach to APM governance, records management, and business relations.
