- APEX training as assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and
- Associate s degree is
- Associate s degree is
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and completion and passing of EKG exam required at hire
- NIH Stroke scale completed within 90 days of hire and
- Preferred: ACLS, PALS, & ASPAN is
