- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and food safety regulations
- Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Experience with staff training performance evaluations and scheduling is a plus
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Thorough knowledge of Restaurant P&L

- Min of 5 to 6 years in restaurant with atleast 1 year in managing a restaurant
