Restaurant Manager

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and food safety regulations
  
• Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  
• Experience with staff training performance evaluations and scheduling is a plus
  
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
  
• Thorough knowledge of Restaurant P&L
  

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream
  
• Min of 5 to 6 years in restaurant with atleast 1 year in managing a restaurant
  
• Thorough knowledge of Restaurant P&L
  
• Knowledge of Indian Cuisine
