Compensation Package:

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
• Show strong priority and time management behaviors
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Provide field training and coach supervisors and painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Take ownership with daily, diligent client follow-up and follow-through
• Facilitates the resolution of customer complaints, warranty & workmanship issues in a timely manner
• Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations
• Provide onsite safety inspections and check equipment safety
• Ensure the crews are meeting expectations set forth with customers regarding hours of work, customer needs, and ;
• Participate in on-going training conferences/meetings
• Support the office and crews in scheduling and assigning appropriate jobs
• Responsible for inventory of equipment and its ;
• Assist with crew recruiting and interviews

• Help/ hands-on touch ups/ cleaning/ getting the job complete on time carpentry, painting,

Qualifications:

• Construction/painting experience preferred
• Must be willing to obtain lift certification
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
