Job Description
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or relevant experience in sales
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school degree or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with insurance software is a plus
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, products, and services
- A valid insurance license is preferred
