- Study, analyze and evaluate tender documents to identify Scope of work and decision of participation.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
- Coordinate with the client & consultant for specification/ technical and BOQ , then to attend pre tender meetings at client premises for further clarification.
- ensure the professional completion of Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Responsible of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
- Responsible to Coordinate with other supported functions for tendering requirements in term of, documents preparation, received offers review, final proposal alignment with business lines and bid bonds related matters, filing and customer delivery.
- Building a network strength with the clients in term of business growth.
- Perform in details a technical review aligned with the received tendering needs.
- Collect and analyzes all client tendering needs costs, including raw materials, labor, equipment and tooling based on the technical requirements analysis to ensure accurate estimates.
