As a Corporate Finance Modelling Specialist you will play a pivotal role in supporting financing processes aiding corporate decisionmaking and managing information through the development and analysis of financial models. Your responsibilities will extend to evaluating companies conducting scenario analyses and providing insights to optimize business operations. The successful candidate will be skilled in utilizing various financial valuation methods possess effective communication skills and bring extensive experience in financial modelling advisory or corporate finance.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling: Construct comprehensive financial models in Excel to underpin financing processes corporate decisionmaking and information management.
- Scenario Analysis: Execute scenario analyses based on operational financial and investment decisions taking into account macroeconomic factors.
- Company Valuation: Assess companies using financial valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) comparable company analysis and capital structure analysis.
- Funding Structures: Establish funding structures and scenarios in models completing funding capacity and project finance analyses.
- Model Testing and Improvement: Validate and enhance models to ensure highquality outputs aligning with client specifications and investor requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify key financial and nonfinancial risks offering advice on mitigants to effectively manage and reduce potential risks.
- Business Optimization: Recognize levers available to Management for optimizing business operations.
- Research and Analysis: Undertake primary and secondary research quantitative data collection and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
