Job Description

Administrative Work regarding General Affairs

(1) To make registrations arrangements and disposals of the official documents.

(2) To register and distribute incoming and outgoing documents including postal matters DHLs etc.

(3) To prepare and draft necessary official documents and letters as well as printing and filing official documents related to Our client.

(4) To Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

(5) To assist Representative and the other staff in the implementation of tasks and works related to General Affairs

(6) To manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

(7) To supply or purchase stationeries as well as other small items related to the setup and according to the regulations of the Our client and manage stocks of these items.

(8) To make travel arrangements.

(9) To undertake other tasks requested by the Chief Representative Senior Representatives Representatives.






Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor s degree or Masters Degree in related discipline.
  • A 34 years experience in Job Role.
  • Adequate command of English for business.
  • Ability to utilize Excel and Word for office work.
  • Desirable Qualifications & Experiences
  • Strong working experience in accounting administrative work or other related work is a plus.
