- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 35 years developing Visual C applications in professional team environment

Our client in the gaming industry creates engineers licenses and leases both hardware and software through their proprietary network for casinos. They also provide various support and maintenance services.
About the Role
The Game Developer II will design and develop stable and sustainable games for the casino industry.
Responsibilities
- Expertly write stable understandable upgradable and maintainable code in Visual C
- Participate in creative meetings to discuss brainstorm develop and solicit game requirements
- Cooperate with senior team members to translate loose business and functional requirements into object oriented designs
- Utilize predefined methodologies common code and standard tools in Visual C to develop games and bonus features based on requirements
- Forecast and report tasked projects to team leaders on a daily and weekly basis
- Updates technical and release documentation to accompany software
- Creat and execute unit tests and follow build acceptance procedures that will ensure stable complete software is delivered to QA
- Investigate and repair software defects on projects both pre and postrelease
Candidate Requirements
- Experience developing in Visual C and using MS Visual Studio IDE
- Experience with objectoriented design/development
- XML experience is a plus
- Understanding of Studio game development process
- Experience working in a professional team environment following predefined software development methodologies including agile and scrum workflows
- Previous professional experience developing games and game features is a plus
- Experience with the Atlassian Tools is a plus
