Drive insights and strategy through regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboarding within Salesforce.com, Salesforce Analytics and Excel
- Continuously work to improve usability of our Salesforce instance for all revenue teams
- Provide day-to-day SFDC support to the EMEA sales team, including demonstrating sales processes and answering SFDC related questions
- Drive Revenue Velocity by assisting sellers throughout the entire RFx process, from proposal reception to submission
- Review and process sales orders for all new and renewal business
- Take ownership of order flow and the services behind the operations
