JOB SUMMARY
The Remote Head of Client Success is an integral part of client relations and the success of our organization. This is a growth position and will oversee a team of Account Managers in the near future which you will help hire. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a profitable company and department build! You must be process driven have leadership experience with the knowledge and confidence to guide our clients to success. With 120 clients and growing and a 97% retention rate the ideal candidate will deliver data to clients and create a treasure map for realestate investors leading to their success. This will require Agrade follow up through monthly client calls to ensure client satisfaction and performance is up to our standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver data to clients and monitor performance
Build department processes
Lower churn rate
Take all escalation calls from clients
Decrease the amount of escalation calls
Monthly client calls
Proactively find innovative ways to better client experience
Help hire and lead team of Account Managers
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree Masters preferred
Proven track record in client relations (B2B) in the SaaS space. Experience in the Real Estate industry is a great plus
Hungry for achievement enthusiastic energetic internally motivated; always working on personal growth
High degree of tech savviness
A positive no excuses and resultsoriented mindset
Comfortable with maintaining and exceeding company designated quotas and KPIs
Proactive in bringing new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves
Humility and genuine curiosity
Excellent communication is a must! We are a fully remote team and without communication things fall apart
