Job Description
What we want:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sr. Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a highperforming sales team. A deep understanding of the domain registration industry will be beneficial.

What You will do:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and review financial statements reports and forecasts. Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary financial reports and filings to regulatory authorities.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the companys financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.
Audit and Taxation:
Coordinate and manage annual financial audits liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance including GST income tax and other applicable taxes.
Financial Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
Treasury and Banking Operations:
Manage banking relationships including negotiations credit facilities and daytoday transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
Directors Personal Accounting:
Manage and account transactions for books of accounts of Directors Personal and carry out operation linked to the same.
Requirements
Worked with accounts and finance department with 1 years experience in Service Industry.
Thorough knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and other regulations.
Basic understanding of relevant tax accounting and audit concepts.
