- Creating operational forecasting or demand projections at various aggregation levels.
- Reconciling major deviations and finetuning forecast models based on revised sales and marketing assumptions requires crossfunctional collaboration.
- Utilizing a collaborative and consensusdriven approach entails working closely with Sales Marketing and Customer Finance to gather current and accurate information for demand forecasts.
- Overseeing and upholding the demand planning procedure which includes keeping up with pertinent databases and spreadsheets
- Managing master data creation mapping and maintenance is essential for accurate forecasting.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers is part of the role.
- Making insightful decisions can be facilitated by assembling and sharing weekly and monthly KPI data.
- Providing recommendations for purchase order placement and collaborating with the Asset Management team are integral to optimizing inventory levels.
- Support and promote the development of innovative operational approaches as the company expands.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills and a track record of making logical decisions.
- A minimum of 5 years practical experience in Operations or Supply Chain roles within the Telecommunication sector.
- Strong financial insight and a comprehensive understanding of P&L management.
- Proven account management competence combined with strong people skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with fluency in English.
- Systematic work methodology and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and function effectively within a complex matrix structure.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
