Job Profile:
Area Sales Manager is expected to drive the sales thru dedicated team of Product Sales Managers managing the below Cash Management products across verticals under Consumer Bank Commercial Bank & Wealth segments
- Collections Solutions viz. Physical Collections Smart Collect Electronic Collections CACS (Current Account Collection Solution) IMPS Electronic Collections OTC Payment Gateway NACH AllPay etc.
- Payment Solution viz. Physical Payments Electronic Payments CAPS (Current Account Payment Solution) Instant CMS Dividend Mandates IMPS etc.
- Escrow Business and Capital market business like IPO Delisting Share Capital Right issues etc.
- Digital Lending Nodal PAPG RERA Acquiring & Aggregator business.
Job Role:
- Shall manage multi states with a team of Product Sales Managers & Activation Officers
- Develop new & expanding existing Customer Client base.
- Responsible to achieve budgets for Cash Management Solutions & Liabilities.
- Responsible for the P & L of the unit & the growth of the team
- Planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
- Spot opportunities in the market along with the Product Sales Managers & relationship team to target companies industries and sectors and sell suitable product offerings for them
- Structure the transaction and assist the team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts
- Train & enable Branch Banking Teams to sell the Cash Management Products
- Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support visibility campaigns and brand presence
- Work on structuring solutions to close deals with large clients.
Requirements
- 1012 years experience
- Team handling experience of at least 2 years.
- CA/MBA.
- Must be market and tech savvy sales oriented with good networking skills
- Must be analytical and proactive
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and should be able to work with high accuracy even under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication negotiation and planning skills
- Must have able to settle in an environment requiring entrepreneurial / building skills
- Keen interest to sales structuring and implement deals
