Support Engineer to NetClean Gothenburg

About the role..

As a Support Engineer you will be instrumental in providing advanced technical support to our global clientele ensuring the optimal performance of NetClean solutions. Your role encompasses efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues to guarantee client satisfaction and meticulously documenting client interactions and solutions. Additionally you will manage software updates installations configurations and educate clients through training sessions as well as collaborating with R&D to resolve complex issues. You will also gatherfeedback for the continuous enhancement of our offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in both resolving technical challenges and boosting the performance of our installations.

Qualifications and qualities..

• Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies (firewalls antivirus IDS encryption).
• Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on security issue resolution.
• Clear communication skills capable of simplifying technical information.
• Customercentric approach to support and relationship building.
• Analytical mindset with adaptability to evolving cybersecurity landscapes.
• Skilled in maintaining detailed client interaction records.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security CISSP CEH) is a plus.
