MISSIONS :

Lead the development team in designing developing testing and implementing highquality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend.

Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.

Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology.

Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture.

Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform.

Profil

Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff).

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks NodeJS and TypeScript.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

BSc/MSc in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Good communication skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
