Main Duties:
- Prepare M&A and relevant forms for standard company formation
- Prepare documents related to corporate changes for review
- Liaise with the MBR to implement corporate changes
- Participate in the mail forwarding process as part of the registered office service
- Assist with the bank account opening process liaise with clients banks and financial institutions
- Develop relationships with client personnel to facilitate the completion of work and respond promptly and professionally to client requests for information
- Follow engagement cycle processes and procedures
What skills do you need- MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject
- Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role
- Basic working knowledge of the fundamentals of Maltese company law and the practical implications of corporate services
- Basic understanding of forms required by the MBR
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
